My name is Nancy, and I am the Founder of LBA.
With over 12 years of hands-on industry experience, my career has been built on continuous education, high standards, and a genuine commitment to excellence. I have developed advanced expertise across a broad scope of treatments, including eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, cosmetic tattooing, makeup artistry, teeth whitening, and lash lifts. This extensive practical background allows me to deliver real-world, current, and results-driven training - not just theory, but techniques that are proven in salon environments every day.
Today, I lead a team of 25 skilled lash, brow, and skin specialists across three successful salon locations. Through building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams, my focus has naturally evolved into education and professional development.

FAQ's
The courses are run on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and occasionally Saturdays. Enrolments are suggested to be made three weeks in advance. This timeframe allows ample preparation for arranging models, preparing training materials, and coordinating with existing client appointments at the salon.
Yes, models are required to complete the course. We ask that you try and organise your own models in advance.
If you are finding it difficult to source a model, you are more than welcome to contact us (the earlier the better) and we will do our best to source a model for you.

Most of our courses are designed specifically for beginners, making them suitable for students with no prior experience.
