Lash and Brow Avenue Pty Ltd is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within Australia only.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Express Post: 2–5 business days

  • Standard Parcel Post: 3–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lash and Brow Avenue Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or events beyond our reasonable control. If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can assist.


Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@lashandbrowavenue.com.au

  • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to assess the claim.


Returns

We offer a limited return policy.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us at admin@lashandbrowavenue.com.au within 14 days of shipment

  • Returns are assessed in accordance with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law

  • Items must be returned in their original condition unless faulty or damaged

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order:

  • Please email admin@lashandbrowavenue.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order

  • We will attempt to accommodate your request; however, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or changed


Change of Mind Purchases

Please choose carefully when placing your order.

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change-of-mind purchases

  • This includes selecting incorrect products, quantities, or variations

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We may decline a refund or replacement where permitted by law, including where goods have been lost, destroyed, damaged or disposed of after delivery.
