At Lash & Brow Avenue, we take great pride in delivering high-quality services, education, and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our obligations.
Beauty Services (In-Salon Treatments)
- All treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the issue.
- Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary fix-up appointment.
- Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction without allowing us the opportunity to rectify the issue.
- No refunds will be issued after a fix-up has been completed.
Deposits & Cancellations
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if sufficient notice is given in line with our cancellation policy.
- Failure to attend an appointment or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Online Courses & Digital Products
- All online courses, training programs, digital downloads, and educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- This includes (but is not limited to) course portals, videos, manuals, PDFs, and downloadable resources.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of use or completion
- Scheduling conflicts
- Failure to meet course requirements

In-Person Training & Courses
- Course deposits are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability) if adequate notice is provided.
- No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
Retail Products & Beauty Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
- Opened products
- Used items
- Lash, brow, or cosmetic tools
- Adhesives, liquids, or consumables
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos and your order number.
- Where approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping & Handling
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies.
- Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
