Shipping and Returns
Australia Post have advised:
All Australia Express Post Delivery times: 2-5 working days.
All Parcel Post Delivery times: 3-10 working days.
Please contact us if there are any issues with your order so we can resolve to your satisfaction.
All orders placed Monday-Friday by 2:30pm, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public holidays).
We have a limited return policy. To initiate a return, please email us at admin@lashandbrowavenue.com.au within 14 days of shipment.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (delivery arrival) to initiate a return.
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at admin@lashandbrowavenue.com.au as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please note:
- If you change your mind, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement. Please review your order and ensure all products have been selected correctly.
- We are permitted by the Australian Consumer Law to decline a refund or replacement, if we find that the item/s have been lost, destroyed, damaged or disposed of by you after being delivered.
